set over potato mash with sweet paprika & Jerez sauce

Wild pave of halibut
served with creamy Champagne and dill sauce

Chargrilled Aberdeen Angus fillet steak
classic green peppercorn sauce

Oyster mushrooms and toasted flaked almonds
in a whole grain mustard sauce served in puff pastry case (V)


DESSERTS

Compote of Izmir dry figs & apricots filled with walnuts & almonds
set over mascarpone drizzled with pomegranate molasses

Classic crème brulee with vanilla beans
