Scottish smoked salmon drizzled with caper dressing served with Melba toast

Crispy feta cheese and spinach parcels accompanied by beetroot and garlic yoghurt meze (v)

Espresso of Woodbridge duck liver pte served with toasted brioche and home made chutney


Mains

Suffolk bronze turkey served with baby chipolata wrapped with streaky bacon,
stuffing with chestnut, fresh cranberry relish, roast potatoes and own gravy

Grilled seabass fillet glazed with creamy Champagne & dill sauce

Fabulous Turkish lamb stew
Braised lamb with herbs and light spices, chickpeas and diced apricots
served in a terracotta dish accompanied by braised rice and mixed salad leaves

Pan fried Gressingham duck breast served with pomegranate hot and sour jus

Oyster mushrooms and toasted almonds in a creamy grain mustard sauce in puff pastry case (v)

Warm plum pudding with brandy sauce

The Galley traditional vintage marmalade ice cream served in tuile biscuit case

Rich Belgian chocolate delice
set over local crushed berries with basil and balsamic vinegar sauce

Compote of Izmir’s dry figs & apricots
filled with walnuts and almonds set over mascarpone drizzled with pomegranate molasses
