STARTERS

Poached winter pear with Tete de Moine cheese
set over local shredded beetroot drizzled with fig syrup (v)

Foie Gras and local duck liver pâté
served with local quince chutney and toasted brioche

Pheasant and pistachio terrine
accompanied by sauerkraut

Scottish Smoked salmon and octopus with capers,
toasted pumpkin seeds drizzled with lime and poppy seeds dressing


MAINS

Crispy filo pastry filled with quinoa, puy lentils, roasted red peppers, rocket leaves served with vine tomato and basil sauce (v)

Shrubland Hall venison set over braised red cabbage,
Duchess potato and accompanied by fresh cranberry relish

Grilled Halibut fillet set over celeriac and potato mash
served with Jerez style sauce

Panfried Gressingham Duck breast
served with pomegranate sauce


DESSERTS

Rich homemade traditional Turkish baklava

Layers of crispy filo pastry filled with pistachio & walnuts
soaked in honeyed syrup served with vanilla ice cream

Sicilian orange and almond yoghurt parfait

Rich Belgian chocolate delice
with local berries crushed with basil and balsamic sauce

£50 per person including a bottle of white or red Rioja per couple
